Shipping Policy
We have 3 to 5 business days of handling time before our products are shipped. Our team tries our best to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11 a.m., we will likely ship the product on Monday.
Our team does not control the delivery time. We cannot control delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you have any questions, please email [info@allzom.com].
Our products are generally shipped within 24-48 hours. Our products take 10 to 20 business days for delivery.
Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product, we understand that here are the details:
- You can return the scenarios within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order
- Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
- Products must be in new and unused condition.
- Custom logo products cannot be returned.
- You will receive a full product refund, excluding shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
